In this episode we have the pleasure of chatting with the President of Garnock Rugby Club, Trish Wallace. Trish talks us through her path into rugby and onwards onto becoming president. We hear her thoughts on the progression the club has made on the playing front and memorable matches during her tenure. We hear about the objectives that were set out and some exciting news on infrastructure developments at Lochshore. 
Trish gives her views on women in leading roles in rugby and thoughts on raising that profile. 
We get to hear about Trish's thoughts on concussion in the game and also what steps are being done to tackle mental health issues in the sport.
