Often as believers especially those newly transformed we guide them in the direction of clergy ministry. Although that is noble in certain cases it's not always God's will.  We need to learn how to cultivate an individual's gifts and passion then turn it into purpose. A lot of times those results won't end up with someone being in a full-time position in someone's church or ministry.
