In Episode 780, we address the Declaration of Rebecca Boone, a journalist, on behalf of the media's motion to unseal documents from the Idaho v. Kohberger case file.

Within this Declaration, Ms. Boone counted each order to seal documents since the case began. According to Ms. Bonne, the bulk of orders sealing documents were entered in Ada County following change of venue.
