Do you really care what people do with their money? What if it just honors God differently than how you would choose?
Jesus saw the Old Testament as true and if we see Him as true than we should see it as true too.
Looking at James again today and this is kinda but not really a part 3 to the last 2 weeks.
We need people to know who God is before we can expect them to follow His law and rules.
Who is your favorite author? God is the author of all life and his Word is the greatest book we can read.
When presented with a question, take the time to fact check and make sure the question is right to begin with before responding. We don't have to give immediate responses and sometimes, immediate responses can get us in trouble.
I think we put too much emphasis on the quantity of words in our prayers and not enough on the quality and that leads us to not praying much at all.
To warn people is love. To honor God is love. Let your definition of love be based off God's truth and not the world's confusion.
In seasons of doubt, your testimony can be a good tool to remind you of the goodness of God.
We have a reward in Jesus. There will be suffering, and we will have to persevere but it will all be worth it.

Jesus is a comforter and we are to be imitators of Christ so we too should be comforters.
We may lose friends throughout life and especially once you start to follow Jesus. But choose Jesus, as he is the best friend who will always be with you.
Jesus saves but theres a lot of focus on the sending. Lets focus on the hope of saving.
The Holy Spirit can use you for anything, no matter your education level. Have God's vision in your sight and all will be equipped.
Marriage is a holy union that cannot be broken and must be taken seriously in all fullness.
Martha was distracted by serving and that's what happens to a lot of us, myself included.
Everyone knows what kind of tree it is when they can see the fruit. It gets harder to identify when its just leaves.
Where are you at in your giving? We should always give, but not just give, but give abundantly.

Jesus was 100% God and 100% man. With that, He experienced all the pains we suffer through as humans, giving Him a full understanding of what we go through.

We as Christians should stand on truth and love but the news tends to be opinions and hate. Maybe we should steer clear of that.

After a week in the Grand Canyon I have some words to say about nature and how we can give more glory to God by appreciating His work.

The smallest parts of big things make the biggest difference. Just like our tongues and actions. Lets work to tame our tongues and hearts.
I have some strong views on tithing and giving in the church, here's a small take of how I view it.
We will all face a season of doubt and that is ok. It's how we face these doubts that is important.
The book of Revalation can be a tool and a weapon, and just like any tool or weapon, it can be used wrongly.
Lets have genuine, honestly, heart felt prayers to God. Being honest is not a sign of disrespect, we can talk to God as the father he is. Lets deepen that relationship.
As Jesus spent time with the sinners, so should we. We must be an influence in peoples lives, but we cant do that if we never are around people.
We give so much of our time to things that do not benefit us spiritually, lets change that. This is a challenge to all Christians. Listen to find out more!
If you've never fasted I just want to encourage you to dive into deep spiritual prayer and fasting and connect to God like never before.
How often do we share a movie, show, musician or whatever to our friends and family? I bet its a lot. Now how often do we share the gospel and the joy we have for Jesus? Probably not as much if we're being honest. Lets flip that stat.
How are Christians to respond when we don't get our way? How will our response hurt our witness? Lets remember who we live for and who we represent.
God has no equal, but a common phrase amongst believers, can seemingly put the devil on the same playing field. Lets be careful with our words.
Have you ever actually read the whole bible? Are you working on a read through? Stick with it! The bible is our ultimate weapon against the unseen forces of the world.
