Zuica Donev, author of the book, Inside Job: An Innermost Perspective on Understanding Your Behavior, began her career as a special education teacher, learning very quickly the importance of tapping into a student’s potential. She continued her professional journey as a behavior specialist, counselor, and Director of Special Education for public-school districts. She is driven by questions such as… Why do we behave the way they do? What internal and external forces encourage and motivate people to reach their full potential? These questions led her to start MN8 Consulting, Inc to help organizations create conditions for people to think about their thinking to support their mental well-being.
