I'm OK with it because lots of people borrow my stuff and whenever I borrow other people stuff I give them 150% attribution and recognition and recommendation. But this struck me because I am so old fashioned. I agree, men should dress up, every man should dress for leadership and then seek to be a leader for and of good things.  So as you are taking command of things this Tuesday take about 12 minutes to understand that if you want to be a leader and a commander you need to dress up.
