Have you ever asked yourself why you need to let it go?

spending hours, months or years

with a hope that you can see it clear

you try everything to fix it

but eventually your life you risk it

maybe this broken heart is a gift by your used to be lover

you woke up and feel different it's a sign that its over

you are stuck in the thought of what it would've been

it's like making a picture of a thing you haven't seen

well try to think before you start getting shrink

funny how I realized lovers can change in a blink

try to picture will it be same again?

if not u got to learn from the pain

because every good thing always comes to an end

whether it's about lover, family or friend

I know it'll take a little while

but all I want to know is when I look back I want to smile

no greet l regrets only lessons learnt

through pain and sorrow this life I've earned

so now I got my shine to show

all I want to say I love you and now I let you go
