In this episode Elliot talks about his passion for supporting dads through their fatherhood journey, & having open conversations.

He created Becoming Dad- a documentary about dad's experiences. It talks about the challenges of modern fatherhood, & dads mental health. He talks about birth trauma. His aim was to represent a wider perspective. Much of the work he does is challenging beliefs & bias around equality & masculinity.

Music, Football, Fatherhood came about after the difficult birth of his daughter (he shares some of his story here). Both him & his wife were diagnosed with PTSD.

"We don't have the peer support structure that women often have ... so we just don't talk to anyone!"
