This week I was joined by the talented Irish international surfer, Ayesha Garvey!

Despite being from Tyrone, she holds Donegal close to her heart! 🙌🏼 😅

We spoke about how she got into the sport in the first place, her experience competing in various water sports over the years!

Being a fully qualified physio, working full time as well as balancing this with her surfing, it was great to get an insight into her schedule and what motivates her!

She speaks about some of her stories during competition and the opportunity she has had to travel because of the sport!
