I was never a great test taker. My mind was always in the clouds thinking of big ideas and wondering how they might work.  Thankfully, others saw my potential beyond my grades and gave me a chance to succeed.  Now that I am a parent, I feel fortunate to know that grades are not everything. In fact, they are just one slice of a much larger pie.
