· What are the most common mistakes authors make that lead to extensive revisions or a rejection?

· What constitutes a “Desk Reject” for you/your journal?

· Does your journal have a policy on the use of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Chat GPT) and it’s use for writing, thought creation, analysis?

· What do you want to see in a “good” journal review?

· What is the process you go through when there are two conflicting reviews (one leans toward accept and another outright rejects)?

· What advice do you have for graduate students and early career researchers who are just beginning to publish articles?
