What even is content? Lately, I've been having a hard time being productive and staying focused on task. It's easy to feel pressured to keep grinding and checking off the things on your list instead of taking the time to address what exactly might be distracting you. This week, I hope you can spend some time with me to reflect and take account how you've been doing as we head into next week.
