How can we be the solution to the problems in our communities and beyond? Author, Dr. Jennifer Hayden is a guest on Dawn and Steve Mornings to tell us about her book The Pioneer's Way: Leading a Trailblazing Life that Builds Meaning for Your Family, Your Community, and You. 

After earning a MS in broadcast management, Dr. Hayden became the first female station manager at two radio networks. She completed her education with an EdD in Organizational Leadership, minoring in human resource development, and has taught both radio and leadership at the university level and internationally. A daughter of multigenerational pioneering families in New England, Dr. Hayden continues to be fascinated by those who venture into new frontiers.
