The architect for the proposed new Grove Hill fire station and City Hall renovation projects urged the City Council to move forward with the project even though concrete loan figures have not been obtained. The council discussed the matter at its meeting Tuesday, Jan. 3. Dothan architect Joe Donofro wrote that the process could go ahead and get started and that change orders and other adjustments could be made later.
