Last week, the Thomasville Regional Medical Center (TRMC) received a foreclosure notice filed by attorneys for the mortgagee North Avenue Capital LLC of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., for nearly million owed on the property. TRMC remains open and could be sold on May 9 unless a transfer deal is reached with a new owner.
