The Clarke County Commission had only two items on the agenda for the May 28 meeting. The first item was giving their consent to assign the South Grove Hill cell tower agreement and their consent to a sublease. Tillman Infrastructure, LLC has been assigned to construct the tower, they have erected several other cell towers in Clarke County and are a reputable construction company.
