Dear Editor, These mass shootings are getting old. My suggestion is that the police or someone shoot and kill whoever is doing or has done the shooting if they have the opportunity. Don’t let them surrender and declare that they are mentally ill. If they have the ability to get a gun and kill people, they aren’t totally mentally ill. This may not solve the problem but it will solve the one involving that particular shooting and it should be a deterrent to others. Just my thoughts. Kevin Robinson Fulton
