James Riley “Jimmy” Outlaw, Jr. passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the age of 96. He was born in Coy on July 20, 1926 to James Riley Outlaw Sr. and Lillie Mayo Outlaw. Jimmy graduated from Pine Hill High School in 1944 and afterward enlisted in the U.S. Army during WWII. He later moved to Jackson and began working for Bama Auto Parts in 1952 as a bookkeeper and sales. In 1973, he became president and co-owner until his retirement.
