Today we are highlighting our Red Bra Guest, Stella Ihenacho founder of Women Doing It Afraid - A community of global women conquering their fears in their business, career, and personal lives.
Stella shares many parts of her story being a wife, mother, daughter, sister, business owner and so much more. While she recognized just how much she would pour into others supporting, empowering and encouraging them to step out of fear, into faith and rise up she realized that she hesitated when it came to do the same for herself.
What was the root cause?
Fear.
Yes, Fear was the culprit that was lurking underneath her own self doubts, but yet here she was championing with all she had for others. Stella shares with us how she turned inward to tackle her own fear leading to her amazing community being born, Women Doing It Afraid.
Today she leads women to become the best version(s) of themselves, finding freedom in letting go of perfection to embrace the progress through life - changing tools and resources that inspire growth, self confidence and perspective.
Stella shares with us that FEAR is only as deep as the mind allows, that it is more mental than anything and the insight to how we can educate fear out of us.
