In our fourth and final episode, hosts Chelsea and Ayesha speak with Tiara Keith, a fourth year Nutrition and Dietetics student at the University of Saskatchewan. Tiara shares her personal experience living with an eating disorder: how it affected her life as a university student, how it informed her decision to pursue dietetics, and how her nutrition knowledge has shaped her view of eating disorders. She also discusses barriers to seeking treatment, and how opening up and sharing her experience has helped her to reach the stage of recovery she is at now.
