Our twenty-first Guest - Dr. Sylvia Lindinger-Sternart an Associate Professor in counseling at the University of Providence, USA. In this episode she shared what is "Trauma" and "how to address it". She has also done MS in clinical psychology and psychotherapy from her native country Austria. She loves to work with diverse populations across the world on trauma and building resilience to gain holistic wellness. EMDR certification has enhanced her clinical skillset and she has presented and published on mindfulness, resilience, trauma, addiction, and online counseling at the national and international level.
