The Olympics are going in full force! You may have heard that American gymnast, Simone Biles, stepped down this week from the team final and women's individual all-around competition. She made this decision based on her mental health. The result of this decision?

A 2nd place finish for the team and a 1st place finish for her teammate, Suni Lee, in the women's individual all-around competition. Simone Biles has faced a lot of backlash from her decision as well as praise. Whatever side you fall on, you can't deny that this decision was one that took courage, vulnerability and risk.
