Each of us must be Malchut that does not receive anything but only gives. She cancels herself, reflects the light coming to her, and only in this way works for everyone else.

In other words, if I have a group, I must think only about them and how to push them forward. Each group member should think about the same thing and in no case about themself.

This is the work of the friends in the group. Then, the group forms ten Sefirot between them that are interconnected by the properties of bestowal. In them the Creator is reveals Himself.
