Question: If the ten pray together and receive a response from the Creator, should we say that the ten did the work or that the Creator did a good deed for the ten?

Answer: No, the request comes from below, from the person or the ten, and the Creator responds from above through the ten and perhaps directly to each individual.

Question: In our harsh world, there is a feeling that all of us have hearts of stone.

But we so deeply want to ask the Creator to make these hearts soft, like clay, from which we could sculpt a vessel and connect. What can make our hearts soft, collective, and unified?

Answer: The light of the Creator; if He influences us with His light, we will instantly turn into very soft lumps of clay that are able to unite with one another and we will feel Him within us.
