Good morning and welcome to the third installment for May of Talking Leadership. My thanks as always for following the podcast and in particular my podcast guest Cleveland McGhie, a Wiradjuri man, that was born in Wollongong and was raised in the Dharawal community in the Illawarra. Cleveland is an AEC Practice Manager with Curijo Pty Ltd.

Cleveland shares his thoughts on leadership, his connection to his community and culture and fundamentally that leadership is a choice. Two brilliant quotes to start the day, ‘Its not about me, its about others’ and ‘Its not about what I’m doing but what I’m doing to inspire or empower others’.  These quotes reflect a leadership perspective that is about service to others.
