Previous podcast guests have discussed the need to develop a leadership narrative. My guest for today’s podcast is Adam Goern, the Director of GFA & Associates Tasmania. Adam noted that experienced storytellers (leaders) make people want to be part of the narrative. More significantly, they feel like they are missing something important from not being a part of the story. Adam reminded me that the use of storytelling is a part of the toolkit of effective leaders.
