I am continually surprised by the leadership pathways individuals can take.  Sam Refshauge is currently a Program Manager with Young Change Agents and Regional Liaison with Sourdough Business Pathways.  I asked Sam to identify what he thought were key leader capabilities and his response: self-awareness, authenticity, empathy, understanding of self and demonstrating vulnerability.  Leader openness and transparency featured throughout the discussion with Sam as central to better leadership practice.
