For those somehow unfamiliar with the work of Marc Oliver, he’s been inundated with the music industry for over 25 years at this point. As a singer, songwriter, and so much more, this San Diego-based artist has quite the release schedule ahead of him, but is planning to lead things off with a genre-blended single titled “Outlaw” and a wonderful music video to accompany it.
