There are three reasons why startups fail. In this video we have discussed those points so that you can avoid falling into those traps in your startup and business. It is usually these three reasons.

Not picking a compelling Idea

Not being attached to the idea
The problem is not compelling enough
Market is saturated
Failure due to Execution
Not forming a good team (AKA SOLUTION)
Founders outlook
Not having diverse skillset
Right team size and skillset
Not building things quick enough
Failure due to Resources
Spending money and exhausting reserve fund
Spending resource quickly
Seeking funding without market fit
