This episode discusses the fanatical fascists that prepared for a victorious Germany in WWII.  A man known only  as "Herr Schmitt" orchestrated the building of a German compound that would be fit the Fuher himself.  This was an enormous project that would span several years and eventually fall apart after the invasion of Pearl Harbor.  One strange tale for sure.
