We are not meant to carry anything that does not complement our frame! The core of my weight physically that was shown on the outside of me was an indicator of something deeper on the inside of me that no one could see!
One of the major reasons why carrying mental and emotional weight is because we strive to make everyone else happy to receive acceptance and recognition and to feel a part resulted in me saying YES to everybody else and their needs while neglecting holistically my purpose. ✅ Many will sit and watch on the sidelines just to see what will happen
✅ Several will walk away due to their wrong intentions of using your worth for their personal agenda and need for acceptance
✅ Some will cling to someone else who they feel will benefit them more during your time of stillness & reflection
✅ Only a small few will remain and wait faithfully ready to go higher with you in the midst them learning the new you
No matter what they (your many, several, some and a small few) do, the question is how will you adapt and realign your new mindset into a familiar place. This is a realistic question with an intentional answer of reasoning and rationalizing. What are the signs of productivity and an unproductive transition? All transitions are not positive or benefiting, if the person does not have a clear insight and wisdom surrounding him/her. Even transitions have a plan and an operation to obtain success! Are you implementing impactful moves or are you just making the pretending strives with the same operation, but just with more energy? Do not get caught of just changing but become commitment to the process and the revealing in order to be transformed into a better you.

The word “No” is not a negative word or response, but it is a statement of assurance and the decision/ choice of the mind.
