Whatever type of business you run, there are basic tools and systems that can create benefit for you. In today’s episode of the MORE podcast, Ricardo is joined by solopreneur-turned-brand consultancy founer, Ari Krzyzek, to duscuss three universally beneficial tools, regardless of industry.

Entrepreneurs figure things out.

• They find a way to stay on the path and figure out the things they’d like to do.
• They’ve been in business for 11 years, with a total of 12 people in their company, and she now collaborates and works alongside a team and clients.
• Three tools Ari recommends: Salesmate.io, Plutio.com,and Flowmapp.com. Each of these apps interconnect and facilitate a complete sales cycle.

Salesmate.io:

• Salesmate is a CRM platform that houses lead generation information.
• What sets Salesmate apart from other CRM platforms? It connects with other systems. Ari’s website connects through Calendly, but
• Calendly updates everything across their systems to ensure contacts are added to the proper locations and new opportunities are logged.
• Salesmate connects with email and syncs emails to know when they open or click on email content.
• If they have a general interest, you can determine where they’re at in the sales process.

Flowmapp:

• Flowmapp is a UX tool that gives you a visual map that tracks certain channels and touchpoints that shows what you can expect users to do on a particular page.
• By using flowmapp, you ensure a user gains the right interactions throughout the sales cycle, especially if they’re auto-replies or automated steps that guide and support the sales journey best.
• The verticals this would be ideal for: Everybody can use it if you have a business.
• If you have a website, consider getting a flowmap account (which has a free account for one project.)
• Since you typically have just one business, you can use that to track which website pages you have, which users you have, and which pages best leverage user interest.

Plutio:

• Plutio has a lot of features you can leverage. It is central to contain projects and tasks within your organization to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Integration beyond the three:

• Many day-to-day apps like calandly, Gmail, and other common tools can be integrated, which is pretty standard.
• Zapier is an option for almost anything if you need to integrate certain softwares to accomplish certain things.
• Flowmap offers a free account. Salesmate offers a 14-day trial, and Plutio is an affordable price for the value it offers.

How has she stayed in business for so long?

• It takes a lot of grit and resiliency.
• She wouldn’t have been able to get through those 11 years in business without the support of her family and her network.
• They give her the feedback and support she needs to learn what she needs to.
• The most rewarding thing she has accomplished would be International Women’s Day, and she campaigned and was showcased on the billboard in Times Square. She had never been there, but her face has now been featured on that!
• Her husband and she are writing a book about running a business properly and launching the book later this year.
