I’d like to start by sharing one of my favorite quotes by Jen Hatmaker.. “Your voice matters. You are not powerless. You are not required to shape-shift for belonging.”

These moments of clarity, this truth is you, your soul, your intuition. And you can shove it back down and ignore it, or you can decide that something isn't right, and you know it and it's time to finally do something about it.
You are not required to set yourself on fire to keep others warm.
In 2020, I was a teacher, wife, and mom, and I was burned out, and struggling with anxiety and depression.
Looking back, it's like I was waiting for someone to grab me by the shoulders, look me in the eyes and tell me, Jenn, it’s time. It’s ok. You are enough and it’s time to take care of yourself.
Then in March of 2020, the world stopped and I started teaching remotely. Suddenly I had a lot of extra time and something clicked and I realized this was my chance to figure it out, to figure out the secret of how everyone else seemed to be happy. I made a commitment to myself to find answers.
Once I started my journey within, there was no turning back.
Today, I am thriving. I feel passionate and energized and I will never go back to that place.
I have decided to turn my pain into my purpose and I am here today, recording this podcast because I want to help you.
