Spirituality is an individual experience and in my opinion can mutually exist with religion. This podcast is not intended to sway anyone's opinion, or force my beliefs onto any person. This podcast is intended to inform you all of what spirituality means to me, how I decided to embark on the journey, how I blend both worlds (religion and spirituality), and the benefits gained from experiencing the journey at some point in life.
