Overeating foreruns impurity, scorn concupiscence, practice decorum & modesty, persevere in the apostolate, remove sensual corruption to follow the Paraclete, never speak of impurity even to lament, flee, saints are normal beings like you, flesh is just flesh, use your body for glory of God.
