Dr. Cirino shares his powerful story about his journey, overcoming the trauma of growing up in an abusive household, and how small changes made a big difference in his health.

Dr. Cirino is board certified in infectious diseases and internal medicine. Dr. Cirino has a specific interest in understanding how behavior develops and leads to the manifestation of a disease process. In 2019, he started a health and wellness site “Your Health Forum” to provide much-needed information on the link between health and behavior.
