Virtual gyms seems like an easy work around for getting work outs completed but not having to visit a gym during these uncertain times. And as much as we all wanna get back to the gyms, sometimes, it's injury or illness that keeps us out of the gym. Keep in mind if you try to piece meal a program together, you risk more injury. Also make sure you ease into the gym. Due to injury, you may not be able to do what you have in the past...don't compare yourself today with the person you were before your injury! Sarah know, she has a steel cage in her back due to injury. She KNOWS what you need and to reenter the gym world. When you are looking for a virtual gym make sure it can provide accountability, coaching, form correction, and the ability to modify correctly. When Sarah offers modifications for her clients, she makes sure they are still using the original muscle group she was trying to have you engage. Yes you can find cheap gyms with sexy workouts but be mindful of what you are actually getting with your membership!!
