KY Senator Mitch McConnell is in very poor health, and likely may not be able to serve out his term. Knowing what's coming, this week, the KY State Senate passed a bill on how his replacement will be selected before the next election. Will Andy Beshear appoint himself as Senator (governor's have done that in the past) or will he have to choose someone else?
