A first time on the show, I hang with the band Grindle just before going on stage at The Brickyard in Knoxville Tennessee. This 3 piece hardcore band is tearing it up down in Tennesse. I had a blast with Tim, John, James and Kassandra. We talked about the crazy schedule these boys set for themselves, recording and what plans they have for 2023!
