This episode on Eating Disorders is hosted by Arisha, Elamin and Munira from Young Minds Malaysia. We discussed the warning signs and symptoms of ED among closed ones, how to best show support, as well as the do’s and don’t in interacting with people with ED. The cast hopes to encourage others to start their own discussions on eating disorders within their own communities, in order to break the barriers of stigma.
