This week on The Back 40, we are joined by Gabe Ferguson who is the Leadership Programs Director at the Rural Ontario Institute.  Gabe is from Lambton County in Southern Ontario and has held many different positions with both government, private and not-for profit organizations over her 25 years within the agricultural industry.  She joins us today to discuss the Rural Ontario Institute's programs such as AALP that are working to develop leaders and facilitate collaboration to address key issues facing rural Ontario.
