Bamsey is currently involved with The Deep Space Food Challenge, an initiative that looks to create sustainability in low input, high yield, food growth processes that are necessary for extended travel in low to no resource environments such as space. Mike and Matt discuss The Deep Space Food Challenge, why it is necessary and the benefits the challenge can have on our food security across the world.
