I go over what was said during the Red Flag Law Hearing in Frankfort. I point out the many flaws in the entire premise behind why the people testifying for this bill say it needs to be passed. I also will go over the arguments expressed against this law by legislators in the hearing. Finally, there was a pivotal moment in the hearing showing just how dumb of a bill this is, and yet the media won’t cover it. I’ll go over what that moment was.
