It has been a privilege to work with this amazing group of people over recent months and see how their skills help support families with children from pre-school age right through to teenage years.

Asking for help when family life is a challenge can be really tough.

In this episode, Lorna, Jackie and Chris share their life experiences, professional expertise and their passions for what those skills bring to their toolkits now as they showcase some new and fresh ideas for supporting our young people.

Most importantly, I hear you.....and I want to reassure you that all 3 ladies have lives, families and jobs that involve being firmly rooted in the 'real world'!

We strip back the apprehensions about getting help, we acknowledge the fears of judgement, our anxieties and look at the unreasonable expectations we can have of ourselves as parents. The team help us to see ways to bring lightness, joy, fun, peace, calm and tranquility back to family life.

Most importantly, their approaches ALL put children at absolute front and centre - where our happy and healthy children should be.
