Professor Divya Karnad, an Assistant Professor of Environmental Sciences at Ashoka University, has founded InSeason Fish, a sustainable seafood initiative. The focus of her work is marine conservation, fisheries management, geography and common property theory. She is also the first Indian woman to receive the Netherlands based Nature for Future 2019 award.
