Ephesians 6:12 tells us, “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
Corey joins us on this week’s episode, as we share our experience of leading worship on the capital steps for a national event from “Her Voice Movement” intended to empower women (Esther’s) to use their voice to stand in the gap for their children. It was an emotionally charged event, focused on reformation and repentance towards the church. It was a very difficult but beautiful day, besides the human spirit having an experience, on all sides, both Corey and Shauna share their experience of taking a very bold step of faith that would challenge their heart for unity amongst those who are called children of God.
This is a spiritual battle, we are not fighting a person but a principality. Please hear our heart and if you’d like to discuss any parts of this further and find common ground, reconciliation through Christ is the work of the cross.
