This week I talk to a self declared ‘fish fanatic’ ! Wriggling around in my beds for a natter about their life’s foodie loves, from the little gem in East Sussex that is Fish and Smith is the brilliant Kit Smith .. 

I can’t think of a better way to kick off this year, full of uncertainty & hope, than with Kit. He hates the limelight but loves people, fish & eating together which means we’ve obviously been in cahoots for the first episode of this year.
