Zarina is a model and currently studying to become a teacher (and an unbelievable artist!). We spend a little time together to discuss all the things that affected the way we saw ourselves growing up and the insecurities we still carry with us today.

It's a fruitful and sometimes confronting conversation. Zarina surprised me with the amount of subtle (or not so subtle) racism she has faced from an extremely young age.
