God loves us unconditionally, but that does not mean He overlooks our sin. Hebrews 10:26 says, “If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left…” God turned His pockets inside out, He bankrupted heaven, when He poured out His love through the gift of His dear son. He has nothing left to give. If His love doesn’t win our hearts nothing will!

Lord Jesus, help us to embrace Your love until every desire for sin and self is swallowed up in Your love. In Your holy name I pray. Amen.
