In this first installment of Coach's Corner we will be interviewing Head Coach of Walker Valley High School (TN). We will be discussing his Career as a player both in High School and College, as well as his road to becoming the Head Coach of Walker Valley. Coach also shares with us his Phase 1 and 2 Strength and Conditioning plans for COVID-19 and would like to let all coaches out there know that he is more than willing to be reached out to and share his plans in order to ensure a safe and effective off-season for all programs in the country!!
